This healing ointment can be used for a wide range of skin problems. It is mildly drawing and cleansing to the skin or to any superficial injuries. May be used on cuts, burns, sunburn, bruises, boils, herpes, skin diseases, cancer, insect bites, bee stings, rashes, psoriasis, eczema, hemorrhoids, poison ivy, inflammations, varicose veins, and swellings. Covering the affected area may help promote absorption of the ointment and keep the area clean, but it can be applied uncovered.Cautions: Do not exceed recommended dosage.Avoid concomitant use with other herbs or supplements unless under the supervision of a health care practitioner.Note: This ointment may stain the clothes.Consult a health care practitioner before using with prescription or other medication and before using with pre-existing medical or acute conditions or disease (including diarrhea).Avoid exposure to sunlight or artificial light sources emitting UVA.Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist.May increase liver function tests, lower blood glucose test results, or increase bilirubin test resultsDiscontinue use if you experience local irritation and inflammation, allergic contact eczema, allergic contact dermatitis, skin dryness, pruritus, stinging, burning, or redness.Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, if there is skin damage over a large area, or topically in children under 2 years of age.
